1. Legal Compliance Green Note only sells hemp-derived products compliant with the 2018 U.S. Farm Bill. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old and that it is legal to receive these products in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for complying with your local laws.

2. Product Use & Health Disclaimer Green Note products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a healthcare provider before using hemp-derived cannabinoids. We make no health or therapeutic claims.

3. Shipping & Risk of Loss All orders are shipped via USPS or a comparable carrier. Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Once we hand off the package to the carrier, risk of loss transfers to you. We are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages.

4. Returns & Refunds Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, contact us within 3 business days and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

5. Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Green Note, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of our website or products, violation of these terms, or breach of any applicable law.

Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Green Note shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website. This includes, but is not limited to, any product degradation, alteration, or decarboxylation that occurs after delivery. Customers are solely responsible for the proper storage of products. We recommend storing all items in a cool, dry place to help preserve their original condition and chemical profile.

7. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles.
