Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST on business days typically ship same day

Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST typically ship the next business day

Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next available business day

All orders ship via UPS or another trusted carrier

A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order ships

We do not guarantee exact delivery dates once the package has shipped

Discreet Packaging

All packages are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no reference to cannabis or Green Note on the exterior.

Shipping Restrictions

We only ship to U.S. states where hemp-derived THCA is legal.
We do not ship to:

Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, or Utah.

Customers are responsible for knowing the laws in their state before ordering.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once marked “delivered” by the carrier, Green Note is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments.
Please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, contact us within 3 business days and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
